Quick and Easy, Delicious deep Fried fish Hake

Hake fish are members of the cod family.

Serve this simple delicious dish with roasted potatoes or french fries and a simple sauce.

Season the fillet of hake with salt.



Beat eggs with a fork.

Any fish fillets can be used for this recipe, I used hake fillets.

Flour the fillets on both sides (remove excess flour), then dip them in beaten eggs.

Dip the fillet well in the eggs.



Cover the fillets on both sides in breadcrumbs.

Hake fillets are ready to be fried.

Heat the oil.

Carefully place the prepared fillets in the heated oil.



Fry for 3 – 4 minutes on both sides.
