Dr. Oetker American style protein Pancakes

PREPARATION:
1. Pour the pancake mixture into a mixing bowl. Add 300 ml of milk and make a smooth mixture with the help of an electric mixer.
2. Put a small amount of butter/oil on a frying pan and heat it.
3. For each pancake, pour 2 – 3 tablespoons of the mixture onto the heated butter/oil. Shape into circles and cook on both sides at a medium temperature until the pancakes are golden brown (about 2 minutes per side).
