The package contains: 300 g of dough mix, 25 g of dough mix with cocoa and 12 paper molds. Baking time: 20 – 25 minutes, heat the oven to 180 ºC without ventilation.
PREPARATION
1. Arrange the molds on the baking tray. Heat the oven to 180 ºC (top and bottom heating).
2. Preparation of the dough: Place the dough mixture in a bowl, add oil, water and eggs and mix with a whisk until you get a smooth dough. Separate half of the dough into a separate bowl and add the cocoa mixture for the dough, with the addition of one tablespoon of water. Using a whisk, mix until you get a smooth dough. Lightly mix the two types of dough with a bit of movement to get a marbled look.
3. Baking: Using two spoons, spread the batter into the muffin tins (12 tins). Baking time and temperature: bake for 20 – 25 minutes at 180 ºC.
